    Thank you for your excellent service. A plastic cover was damaged in shipping to you. You notified me of the problem and I started looking for a replacement. But, the next thing I knew, you told me that you had a replacement cover and it was all taken care of. I received the repaired mirror in good condition and I am more than satisfied with the repairs. Thanks again!

    So extremely nice to have a company that is so customer service based. I had read reviews, yet I was ever so pleased with the service and attention I received in regard to my bizarre range situation, It was great! Polite, knowledgeable technicians did their best to unravel and diagnose my issue. I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks!

    I was told my board was not available and I had to buy a new fridge but you guys fixed me up and all within less than a week. An excellent service. Thank you. These guys are a rare find. Good fast service and a good price to boot. I wouldn’t think twice about calling them again.

    My '06 Trailblazer Instrument cluster gauges and speedometer were all off. Tach was all over the place. Odometer just displayed the word "Error" and some of the back lighting was out. I shipped it to them on a Tuesday. They got it on Thursday. Repaired and rebuilt it and shipped it back out on Friday. I got it back on Monday and couldn't be happier. Speedometer, Tach and gauges are all accurate again. Odometer and trip odometer work and love the upgrade to green LED lighting I asked for. Cluster is brighter, more vivid and easier to read without being hard on your eyes. Awesome job Circuit Board Medics! Thank you. Everyone I know now knows about you.

    It's rare to find great customer service, pricing, and products all together anymore. Circuit Board Medics has it all. After a couple weeks of trouble shooting, I narrowed down my problem to the TIPM. Local garages wanted $125 an hour to attempt to troubleshoot and $1,500 for an out of stock one. Salvage yards wanted $300 for a used one. I got one from CBM that was re-manufactured and warrantied for $400 plus my core! Their customer service from start to finish is second to none. I'm VERY thorough and shopped around. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price they said they would. Everything was programmed perfectly right down to my remote start. No need to shop around. Circuit Board Medics truly is one stop shopping.
