    Thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this company it's a breath of fresh air with a company doing what they're saying going to do in a company following through everything simply stated follow through in a timely manner keeping us completely informed throughout the repair I highly recommend this contractor

    In a world of so many scams and scandals, it seems like we take so many risks when dealing with online businesses! And when the auto repair companies in my area said the part I needed was out of production, I was told it would have to be an aftermarket replacement, and even then with no estimated time to receive, I was very disappointed. When I found this advertisement on line I knew I had to try it. When I called them I was impressed with the salesman and he put me at ease! The part was sent the next day, with written instructions, and a return sticker to send back the core. I had the car back in service and the core returned in about 4 days! And it worked like a charm!!
    I was one hundred percent satisfied and would highly recommend this company!

    I was worried about having my truck down for any length of time as well as sending critical components out to be worked on. But all those worries were unwarranted. Circuit Board Medics did quality work, fixing our dashboard cluster. All components were fixed and work properly. Their turnaround time is also appreciated. If you need quality work done in a short amount of time, CBM is your solution. Thank you!

    It's like we have a new oven after sending in the Control Board for service. The directions on the site and the steps to package up and ship it off were extremely clear and helpful. Updates in the process were informative and in what seemed like no time at all, we had our oven back and running. Highly recommend the service!

    Sent board by *** on Mon, it was received Wed, Thur afternoon received email saying repairs complete, and giving shipping tracking number for return on *****. Sat morning it arrives, well- packed. Took board out, installed it in double oven in 45 minutes. Display is bright and like it was when new. Oven now looks and operates like new. Very impressed and very pleased. There are only 3 companies Whirlpool recommends on their site, CBM is one. The other 2 would be good, but CBM does only board repair exclusively and seemed easiest to work with. Outside of these 3, other companies I found were small and had reputations for not easily standing behind their advertised warranties. However, CBM certainly will. Also, their communication was excellent. I called beforehand and an in-house rep answered immediately and answered all my concerns. Very highly recommended.

    Turnaround on my oven part was very quick. I think a week. Even more importantly is that my oven works again. Dealing with this company was easy and I was most impressed with everything about them. Very professional.

    The communication was superb. I opted for repair on the day the cluster was received and was informed the day it arrived that the repair had begun. I was also informed when the repair was complete and that it was on its way back. Everything works perfect!
