    I located this service while trying to find a replacement part. I texted and received a prompt response with very helpful information. I decided to give it a try since replacement 40” conventional electric stoves are impossible and suitable replacements are thousands. I’m now a huge fan! I sent the part late Monday and received the repaired board the following Monday. It works perfectly with both problems corrected. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased. It’s good to know there are still quality companies out there.

    I would recommend Circuit Board Medics to anyone who is having problems with a gauge cluster. Fast turn around and new LED lights look great.

    What a privilege it has been to work with all the staff at Circuit Board Medics. Great service right from the start and great follow up and advice after the repair of a damaged relay board. My old Dacor Stove is up and running perfectly. Could not have completed this repair without the help of Circuit Board Medics. I would give them a rating above 5, if it was available.

    Quality. They determined that my pcm was not repairable so I purchased a replacement. They were able to salvage the security data and transfer it to the replacement pcm. It was plug and play. No trip to the dealership was needed. After a bad experience with a prior pcm service, with supposed life time warranty, actually none, it was refreshing to deal with professionals.

    Their entire service from start to finish was absolutely excellent. They are a very honest and trustworthy company. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the complete process. While they were unable to repair my circuit board due to the extensive damage from the power surge they promptly returned it to me and completely refunded my account minus just shipping. I will absolutely use there service in the future if necessary without hesitation and highly recommend them.

    It’s seldom I can say a company and its staff exceeded my hopes. But I can certainly say that about Circuit Board Medics. Every element of their association with me was, well, perfect! Communication - perfect. Testing/repairing - perfect. Packaging - perfect. Shipping - perfect. Follow up - perfect. Completion of my oven repair required a major component that had been discontinued by the manufacturer for many years. Circuit Board Medics was able to find and secure that component for me. Simply put, this company and staff are outstanding! Thank you Circuit Board Medics. I appreciate you.
