    The company doesn't disclose the $24 fee they charge ahead of time and after I paid for the transaction only then I got a receipt for the $24 fee and the receipt was under my father's name just because he used them 2 years ago.
    After they verified my asking name, SSN, and all other info they used my father's name,
    When I called them and told them the website is misleading because the same screen that charges the fee on the main page is without fee their response was that they show it at the appropriate time.
    They may be legally right, but misleading your customers is bad for business.
    I called the real estate company and they said they will pay for the $24 I was charged.
    That is a business staying after their customers
    With safe and free solutions such as Bank to bank transfer, *****, *****, and other services I don't see why I have to link them to my bank account and pay $24 fee when I can send the money straight from my bank for free

    earnnest totally left us hanging in the account verification process. Their support was not helpful. We may be in breach of contract.

    The customer never notified us of a problem. We have one documented record of a request they made to which we promptly fulfilled.

    We would have gladly supported the customer had we been made aware.
