    Website says walk-ins accepted. When I arrived, the lobby was completely empty except for the front desk associate who barely looked up from playing on her cellphone just long enough to say that they were short staffed and only accepting appointments. I asked if they could work me in since the place had no other customers in it and she said no that I would have to make an appointment for another day. I work in healthcare and it is very difficult for me to get off of work. Staff was unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate even though there was not a single other customer in the place. Very inconsiderate and false advertising for a business to announce on website and elsewhere that walk ins are accepted when that is not the case- even when business is completely empty!
