    On March 11, 2024. Xclusive shine cleaning, James W***** was hired to clean the tile floor in the ******** ****** ***** ** ****** commercial kitchen. It took 6 hours to clean. He was by himself. James left with the floors still wet and we could not tell at that time the black residue that appeared on grout and tile the next morning. I immediately contacted him and sent him pictures. He made up several excuses and was unwilling to do the right thing. He was given a check on the day of the cleaning with his name not the not the name of his company name at his request. We have had to hire another company to come in and re-clean and fix what he has damaged. We are a nonprofit and rely on the kindness of others. We could of provided many meals to the most vulnerable in our community with $1,500.

    Hello, I’m sorry we couldn’t reach upon a agreement when I was asking to come back and look at the job and possibly re - do the job because we strive to keep each client happy and go above and beyond to satisfy. I have the texts of asking would you like to reclean and you saying you needed to talk with someone else. I charged for a cleaning and grout seal in which I did but not knowing the grout had a wax like substance on it which I determined after you told me the next day it had a reaction to the process. You now was entering more of a restorative cleaning which i was still willing to come back to re do and you never got back in touch never said anything until I see this now

    The job was so badly done we did not trust him to be able to fix what he had messed up. So in conclusion we had to spend $600 to have another company come in and fix what he had messed up and redo all the floors. If he would reimburse us for the $600 we had to spend to redo his work we could be satisfied.
