Can I just say, lack of quality, attention to detail and being punctual on delivery dates is not a priority of theirs!!!

I purchased a table, 5 chairs, and a bench from Ashley and Southern Age Gypsi in October, 2021. The listing that I purchased it from said that it would be available for pick up on October 31st, 2021. I spoke with Ashley multiple times before I paid her concerning what I wanted and she was so kind and quick to reply. I had no reservation paying her because my MIL had purchased a table from her when her business was ran out of her home and she had a great experience. So I paid for everything up front. We had many conversations about delivery and she was even kind enough to ask if I wanted her to hold my table at her shop since we were building our new home. I told her that the builder said that it was ok to deliver on the 31st as originally planned. On the day of delivery, I messaged her and got no response. I tried contacting her through ******** and text messages. After many attempts throughout the day, I got no reply. So my husband and his dad took a trailer to her house to pick up our table. When they got there, her husband had no idea what was going on and told my husband there were no tables left for delivery. Her husband called her and she said she would handle it when she got there. Over an hour later, she arrived and of course blamed me, stating that she didn't know that I was ready for the table to be made. She offered to deliver it for free in a week.
When it was delivered, we asked them to leave it in the garage because we were out of town. We were soon contacted from our builder that the table was damaged pretty significantly. There was also only 3 chairs, which she said were on back order. The table was damaged at the top of each leg (as if it was chipped when it was slid off the trailer, then they assembled the top). When we contacted her, she said it was our fault but she would fix it!? There have been many attempts to reach her and she makes an excuse every time. We still don't have our chairs and now have a damaged table that she never fixed.
