On June 28, 2022, BBB opened an investigation into the business practices of Southern Age Gypsi. At the time, BBB had received 12 consumer complaints in reference to not receiving orders for custom handmade furniture or receiving defective/incomplete products after placing the orders through direct messages via social media outlets. Consumers state they receive a response from the business promising to deliver and schedule to do so but after several attempts no longer receive any response regarding the purchases or refunds. The previous social media pages for Southern Age Gypsi and alias William Walker Furniture have been deactivated.
BBB has not been able to make contact with the business / owner nor received any response from the business owner regarding the recent complaints. BBB advises consumers to exercise extreme caution when considering purchases with this business.
