    Agreed upon quote (including everything necessary) for HVAC replacement was not fulfilled by Affordability Air. I paid, in full, however, the job was not completed.

    On or about the second week January I did received a call from MS. ***** stating that the condenser fan motor was not working. This system was installed by us about 2 years ago.
    I did asked her if the system had been serviced since the the install, about 3 years ago. I recommended a service for $90.00 and she did agreed. I went by her house and serviced the condenser and did check the condenser fan motor, which was operating fine. I explained to her by phone that the fan motor do stop during defrost mode, they maybe that’s when she noticed that the fan motor was not running. I did ask her to monitor the operation of the condenser and to let me know if the motor sopped running.
    As of today, I have not billed her for the work performed and much less have received payment for the work performed. The system do have a warranty that covers all parts, but does not cover system service and trip charge. God bless Ms. ***** Sincerely

    I have bank records showing that I paid $7200 to Jose R***** that he cashed on 1/ 17/2023. His statement that he did not bill or receive payment from me is false.
