Highly recommend, very professional. We had another company that told us our brand new heat pump needed to be replaced with a larger heat pump. Our house was new the heat pump was new but the other company said that a 2.5 ton heat pump was too small and we would need a larger unit. We called Heating and Air Paramedics and I spoke with Carol who informed me that our unit would be the size they would recommend for the size of our house and it shouldn't need to be replaced since it was new.
We scheduled an appointment to have Heating and Air Paramedics come out to inspect our unit. The service tech. cleaned the coils, checked our fluid levels and told us after cleaning the coils and checking the pressure everything looked great and we wouldn't need anything else done.
The Heat Pump is working great and keeping our house cool.
Heating and Air Paramedics saved us $10,000 that we would have spent replacing a unit that only needed a good cleaning!
