      All Ways Caring in Greenville has done an amazing job at recognizing help and stepping up to try and staff clients efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this company to care for your loved one's needs!

      Their Very Controlling They Always Take The Aids Word Over The Patients Word The Aid Dropped My Rollater Walker And Broke My Brake Handle And I Had To Buy Another Brake Handle And Cable Out Mine On Pocket And Charge It On My Credit Card The Aid Also Broke The Air Line Connect On My Compression Boot That I Do Compression Therapy Wit Again I Had To Charge On My Credit Card $125.00 Dollars And Charge $27.60 Dollars And When I Ask My Home Health Agency To Pay Me They Quit Taking Me To The Grocery Store And Drug Store And The Doctors Office And Now Theyre Dimissing Me As A Patient They Would Send In Young Aids That Wanted To Sit On Their Tailes And Not Do Their Job.Anyone Please Avoid Always Caring In Gainesville,Ga.And If They Get A Good Aid That Does Do Their Job Then They Send Them Somewhere Else.*****

      They sent me a 19 year old with only 3 weeks experience who just wanted to talk a lot. I had to ask her several times to do her job. Evidently she didn't like that and told management that I made her uncomfortable. I never got mad at her nor did I even tell her to do anything..... I asked her nicely...... Management called me up attacking me without even asking exactly how the day went...... I felt violated and used and I will NEVER recommend this company or any home care company that allows their workers to manipulate the system....... This is a very common problem and I don't understand why management is not trained to deal with this directly with the caregiver...... Its all too easy for caregivers to say they feel uncomfortable with their job so they don't have to actually work, leaving the client as the one responsible. I know there are nasty clients who are just too hard to deal with but I'm not one. This also happened to my female friend. The caregiver came over and just wanted to talk and when she asked the caregiver to start working, the caregiver told management that the client was too difficult. Yes I have many friends that this has happened to but this company takes the cake..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
