    We started a home improvement project to replace our exterior door, but ran into rotten wood. Allxterior was recommended to us and was so happy to find a professional company that gave you a written quote and explained item by item what to expect.
    Our work has been completed and we are well satisfied. My door and replacement floor looks great.
    Each process, Timber N***** took lead and got the workers in and made sure the work was completed correctly. I would suggest contacting them should you need home repairs for wood replacement.

    Allexteriors offers external home services. In the Fall 2022, set an appointment for a representative to give me a quotation on adding a porch and steps to a two story playhouse on my property. I called three times, set three appointments and no one showed up. When I called to complain, the owner Richard H***** returned my call and said "we dropped the ball" on the job and offered to provide an quote.. I told him I had already engaged a carpenter to do the job. During August of 2023, I found a advertising card on my mail box from Allexteriors. I called to schedule an appointment for a quotation on replacing a storm door.. We set a date and time to do this. The person I talked to asked me if I minded having a trans-sexual named Timber******* do the estimate. I asked if there was an alternative and was told there was not. We set the appointment for August 21. On that morning, a secretary called to tell me the appointment would not be honored. I asked why and was told it was because I asked if there was an alternative to a trans-sexual. I was absolutely taken aback since the appointment had been scheduled. The agent told me their Timber******* did not feel comfortable making the appointment. Therefore, I was discriminated against because of my "perceived" feelings about people of this persuasion which is totally untrue. The agent also advised the job was too small to consider whereupon I reminded her of the statement on the advertising affixed to my mail box reads "no job too small". This company also violated US postal regulations by putting the advertising card on my box and not on the mailbox support which is required by ****. The company appears it will honor any request for quotation if the requester solidly supports trans-sexual individuals and beliefs. Finally, the owner (Hermann) has on multiple occasions made disparaging advertising remarks on air (*****) concerning the President of the United States to wit: "unlike Joe Biden we work for a living"
