    I bought an Insurance policy from Kendall and Associates in November 1985. I asked for whole life insurance. Mr. Kendall sold me a Flexible life policy that gets more expensive as you get older. The premium was 56.55 per month. The insurance company notified me on Jan. 3, 2023, that the cash values in the policy had been used (12,000) to pay the additional cost of my premium. The cost of the insurance now was 378.00 a month, to be evaluated each November to see if there is a premium increase. I lost a 100,000 life benefit, 25,773.12 in premiums paid, and 12,000 in cash values. I called him after notification from the insurance company. He admitted to selling me a policy that was not whole life as requested at the purchase of the insurance.purchase. I have other policies with his agency all Whole life. I have never bought any life insurance that was not whole life. I purchase the whole life insurance to ensure that the death benefit and the premium remain the same for the life of the policy.
