    I had Blake to come out April 18 to do a design for my flower bed. He told me that he would be able to squeeze me in since he was book so once he did the design I had to to go and find a flower pot I notice April 21 the check has already been cash so I ask him April 22 when will he be able to come out he said a couple of weeks. Couple weeks has pass in I purchase the flower pot I text to see if he is able to give me a date and estimate but he never respond so I’m not feeling to good about this and I’m filing a complaint for money back.

    Somehow I missed the original complaint so my apologies on that!

    ******* called me in April asking for a design.  I explained to her I was booked out with other clients but I could squeeze in a design consultation.  I explained my design process which entailed an hour consultation at the conclusion of which she would receive her design images of and I would receive payment .

    My base rate for conducting a design is typically $395.  I graciously gave ******* a huge discount, charging her only $150 because her design needs were not that demanding due to the size of her yard.

    I was able to squeeze her into my already busy schedule (the height of spring) and provide her consultation and designs as agreed upon.  She was grateful for the designs and paid me the agreed upon amount of $150.  That concluded our commitment to one another.

    As I tell all my clients, IF she wanted to use my company for installation, she would need to be patient because I am currently backed up with clients scheduled way ahead of her.  I told her I would have to provide her a quote for installation and to be patient.

    ******* is in no way committed financially to me or obligated to using me for her installation, nor am I financially obligated to working for with her.  

    If she felt impatient and that I was moving too slow, I wish she would have reached out to me directly to express her frustrations.  But as I explained to her upon our very first conversation I am booked out for installations way in advance.  

    ******* is completely free to seek out another company for installation.  No financial wrong doing has occurred.

    There isn’t much to say other than what I’ve stated before.  The idea I would drive from my house to her place, spend an hour with her & give her a design for free is ludicrous.  I suggested and WE most certainly agreed to a DEEPLY discounted rate because her yard and needs were not as large.  

    So instead of charging the normal base rate of $395 for other smaller sized yard consultation/design, I generously offered her $150 for the design/consultation, to reach she agreed.

    I DO NOT nor have ever provided free consultations/designs.  Payment is expected at the conclusion of the hour and she happily paid.  

    And that is the conclusion of my financial, obligation to her.  If she needed the installation done sooner, it is her prerogative to hire someone else.  I told her even before we met, that I was already booked out with clients and that she would need to be patient.  

    In the meantime she would text me regarding which pot she should purchase because some of the places I suggested were too expensive.  I was not paid nor did I charge her for taking my time to help her shop for something over the phone.  

    when she received my proposal, she unsurprisingly rejected it, which is her right.  That does not mean the service I already rendered, one that was gratefully accepted and received by her is obsolete.  

    She has no case and is wanting something she enjoyed and has in her possession for free.  That’s ridiculous and shame on her for wasting more of my time responding to baseless complaints.

    She is free to scam someone else and demand work for free, but I am tired of her wasting anymore of my time with baseless claims.  

    I will sue her if she continues, as she has NO case, period.

    Right about now  you making yourself look bad because i did reply back saying KEEP THE MONEY BECUASE YOU NEED IT MORE THAN ME  I had a bad feeling about you a  subconscious warning about you which i should listen to my gut feelings before you came to house. Your missing the whole point. For one it took you almost a whole month to give me an estimate when it usually suppose to have a estimate quote by a week but it didn't seem long for you to take your *** to the bank  a day or two to cash the check. Secondly  I only really wanted you really  to do my yard because you said you can transfer my plants in a different location which would have to be done in April or May its the of end  May; I cant do it in June and you did say that i would have to do it in April or may  Spring time  and I didn't ask for mulch so where that came from ??? I really don't  think you could  probably transfer plants in a different location anyways just saying you could so contract already been broken and it was best for you to just be honest and say you couldn't do it instead of saying you can squeeze me but  you knew if you say that you knew wasn't going be able to get that money for that design . Third of all I already talk to someone about that and they told me  i couldn't do much about that  simply ***  design you gave me so that's why i reply back saying KEEP THE MONEY BECUASE YOU NEED IT MORE THAN ME. I promise you  I'll never loose a150 dollars  again; lets just say I went further with everything and had you do my flower beds for that high *** price which every price should have been listed for flowers grass  everything ;ill probably end up like ******* ****** and got a charging hidden fee which she stated you was good at cherry picking work and and charging hidden fees that or not advertised. Like I said you  NEED THE MONEY MORE THAN I DO AND I LEFT IT AT THAT SO tell me why you still replying talking about if i continue wasting your time with baseless claims complaints i will sue her which I have no case  that's shows you lying and  you know your  wrong. i don't think i  would have reply back if am right and the customer is wrong specially when the customer   said  KEEP THE MONEY BEACUSE YOU NEED IT MORE THAN ME. It sounds like you in your feelings now you know how I feel and its a freedom of   speech  to voice my opinion . so if you  wanna go and sue hit me with your best shot you not  worth my time and the extra money to get lawyer for myself for stressing me out  like I said   YOU CAN KEEP THE MONEY BECAUSE YOU NEED IT MORE THAN I DO!!!!!  and if you reply back I'm not replying  back  I have to be the better person ;but  I will put a Google ****** like ******* ****** did
