      I contacted Advance America and applied for a personal loan. Days later I received a call back from Advance America. I'll spare you of the drama but do feel it necessary to enlighten all loan seekers and corporate Advance America. Apparently employees or associates are seeking victims of their work practices by association of the Advance America name scheming the companies call list for a side job.
      Telephone numbers used by the gamers are ********************* *** ******************** using names Lina M***** and Steve M*****. The first step is they use the initial contact event to follow up at after hours or perhaps on the clock too. But side track you when it comes to finalizing and scheme $100.00 or more through a process using ******** money center for starters. BEWARE OF LINA M***** and STEVE M***** - THEY ARE THEIFS!

      They jus contacted me and said I was approved for 5000 luckily I checked the email out never accept a loan from any cite with the email ending with @gmail it's a scam never take pictures of your id nothing so I reported them protect yourself please

      I was contacted by Marcus G****** at america advance and he said I was approved for 2000-9000 and all I needed to do was complete the online app which asked for my name, social, dob, bank name account and routing number and user and password. They had the bank text me a code and then they were able to see my account. At the time it was overdrawn and they brought my account to zero plus 300 extra which they wanted me drive to **** *** to get an apple everything card and send the 300 back. **** *** refused to sell me the card and told me it was a scam. Marcus then got after me and said not to tell them why I was getting the card and he told me there are a lot of scams out there using the company name. He then had me go to ****** **** for the card, which I purchased and screenshotted him the back of the card and my receipt. He said all was good and that the funds would be available the next morning. That night he called and asked me if I had cash app and asked if I had the physical card I told him I did have the app but the card was in storage he said if I had the card he would have been able to do the loan right then and there but would call in the morning. He had me use my bank ATM card and go purchase more ***** gift cards one in the amount of $500 and the other was $60. He said funds would be available shortly. A couple hours later he called me and told me that there was a problem with one of the cards and I needed to go back to the store to get a different one. I called the store they said I had to wait 24 hours. I explained to Marcus that we were in desperate need of the money so he said he would personally make sure that it got through by two or three. I called at 3:00 he said he would call me back. He never did that day and when I tried to call the phone number was disconnected. He had stated the company was in Florida. He has a strong accent and said he was born in Miami. According to apple this is a phishing gift card scam to get my bank and personal info,

      Racial discrimination in the Cleveland, TX location by representative Amanda. Amanda refused to take a payment and stated she would hang up, she did hang up. We called her again to try and make payment she stated cvv digits were wrong when they were not also said her name was nancy when she answered the phone, lied that the store would be closed on a Saturday. They are open saturdays 10-3. Representative in other locations made me aware they are not allowed to process payments over the phone, but Amanda was trying to. Very bad customer service, have never experienced anything like this before.

      told I would get loan. They did a mobil deposit which my bank is holding for 10 days. Company told to only do direct deposit of loan. Have not received any money. Called numerous times to all the phone numbers and no one answers. They have my bank information to take payments out starting September 7th 2022 will have to stop before that happens. been mislead by this company that said I would get loan.

      I presented payment lady said sign it I signed where she pointed then she said your payment is void so ruined my payment she's done this 2-3 times and to other people the police cannot help or ild call them so now I'm out my hard earned money and might go to jail check out the other reviews you'll see not to be trusted

      Did a contract with Advance America and the customer rep. never gave me a contract. Customer
      rep. stated the printer was broken and she would send the contract by email. Its been more than
      30 days nothing-nada. Then a customer rep. called me to pay on Aug. 1, 2022 on interest, but told her how can I pay ya'll if ya'll did not give me a contract. There's something crooked and I will get a lawyer and Channel 2 to investigate this matter. To keep other clients from making this horrendous mistake. The last customer rep. gave me senile smirk over the phone. Never again with this dark company.

      Advanced America has lost my account for over 6 months!!!! I took a line of credit out on 12/14/21 after paying a previous one off and it confused them. I have been trying to make payments on my account for over 6 months and it says I don’t have an account. I have called and called and called the customer service. Each time I am told it’s in triage and we’ll get back to you. They never fix it or get back to me.

      This company disputed my own transactions on my bank account (payments I had previously made) to make it look like they deposited money "from the government" and then wanted me to go to ******* ***** and send them that money. Watch out - not good at all! I would leave negative stars if possible.
