    I purchased a fence through ***** on 3/29/23, on 4/19/23 they used a third party company UST Select to deliver the supplies. The delivery driver created black tire marks on our white driveway. After sending videos and photos of before and after. They refuse to remedy the situation or offer a solution. I contacted ****'s for help and they refused and said I have to reach out to UST for help. I simply want either for them to pressure wash it or pay me so I can have it pressure washed.

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback.

    After review, tire marks from equipment of this size is common when placing product on a slab of concrete. There was no negligence from the delivery team to cause tire marks. If negligence had been done or additional damages has occurred outside of normal delivery practice. We would re-open and re-evaluate.
