    This is crazy!! We got a bill for the deductible $70. The insurance was billed for $520 for 2 phone calls that we did not take. I would not recommend this service. The only reason we signed up was because we thought our provider was requiring it. I would not recommend it.

    I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ve had the same experience as the other reviewer's.
    I advise to never sign up with them.

    Horrible customer service. The CSRs are very intimidating. They talk in very loud voices, and use abusive mannerisms in their conversation with you. I did not realize I was paying for this service. I would never pay for a medical service that makes you feel worse after the call than before. They are only interested in taking your money. They make unannounced calls, and intimidate you into talking to them. They make an absurd number of calls each month. They know that people prefer not to talk to them. That's why they abuse you. I will notify my Doctor's office that this service reduces the quality of Service his office provides. I would never recommend them to anybody!

    This service was suggested by my primary care provider. ChartSpan called and, as I was on another call, I let them know I would call back. I called back twice and both times they were already closed (they are EC and I WC).

    Today I called back and was greeted by an automated response that said there were no callers ahead of me and to hold for the next available representative. Then, shortly thereafter, it began prompting me to press #1 to leave a message to request a call back, but still noted that there were "zero callers ahead". I have now been on hold for over 30" and counting. Sorry, ChartSpan, but if you cannot answer your phones in a timely manner, you are definitely not a service I in which I am interested.

    I think chart span is scamming patients. My husband signed up for the service and was never told there would be a charge even if he never talked to anyone. We couldn't always answer the phone when they called. Also when we canceled the service, the representative kept badgering my husband to keep his enrollment. I finally told him to say no again and hang up on her. This "service" is a scam and I can't say that strongly enough. We even got charged after we canceled. If you are capable of making your own doctor calls, do it yourself. They want your money and your insurance money and don't do a thing to justify the amount. A phone call is not worth $60.
