I hired them to move me & they sent 3 young hangover lazy youths. Took them 14 hrs. To fill a small truck. One stoll a $2 bill from my grandchild's bank, which I didn't find out until I completed the move and they left. But when I called their office they didn't care, I complained about the employees they sent but they didn't care either. It was an out of town move so I couldn't get new employees to replace them because would have been a 3 hour round trip. And very costly. Do not use this company in the (summer especially) because you might end up with employees like I did and it will cost you $1800.00 for a small rental truck move plus maybe items stolen.

According to our records, this move was in 2010. Our company is sorry that you had a negative experience at that time, but we are unable to make any adjustments this far from the move date. We do take feedback seriously and make improvements to our services accordingly.

I am a qualified handicapped woman and my husband is 84 years old. We both have medical issues. We recently moved 42 miles from Clemson, SC to Simpsonville, SC which was a 42 mile move. It was suppose to be a 2 day move from May 29 - May 30th, 2024. We have moved a number of times through the years cross country for my husband's work. This was by far the worse move we have ever experienced. After 3 weeks we still are dealing with issues and have had very little response from 2 Men and a truck. After 2 days, our movers were pulled off the job in the middle of our move. We were left with no access to clothes, medications, and or ability to stay in our house. We had to spend 2 days in a hotel. On the 3rd day the supervisors showed up. We were still left with boxes piled high in the house. I run an international business with files piled high in the garage with no access. We have had multiple damage, and missing items totally close to $4,000.00 in missing items. We have double mirrors in our Master Bed Room that have not been put in place. We still have not seen one of our chairs taken in for repair. We have multiple damage. They claim they are working up a settlement but still have not returned to help with files and other items piled high in the garage. They walked out with our dolly making it impossible for us to move items around. We have been forced to move furniture, heavy boxes, etc. and yet they have not returned to finish the job as promised. The cost of the move was more than double their original quote estimate. We had had to spend over $500.00 in hotel bills and eating out. We were forced to take out 2 insurance policies stating it was 2 separate moves. We took out over $120,000.00 in insurance. This has been extremely damaging to our health both emotionally and physically. They claim they are putting together a settlement but have refused to give us the Email or Contact number for the Franchise Owner so we could be in touch.
