    Went for an eye exam. I was told by the nurse that my insurance covered add ons, I asked about transitional lenses she said that was included . I was told that the amount was 249.34 in which I paid half 124.66. I asked the translator/receptionist how much was remaining she said half. The next morning I received a call advising the total calculating was wrong and that it was 374.00 total. The lady said this was in my paperwork, lie, the proof is in the hard copy I was given only shows 124.66 remaining . She then switched it to she me told me this verbally, LIE. She did not I would have never agreed to a high amount. She was trying to save her job by lying. I was treated like it was my fault and the translator was telling the doctor the story her way and took advantage of the fact that my English isn’t well. The doctor was rude and dismissed me from her practice because I asked for a refund since I could not afford the entire amount. She said they made a mistake but they called the next day to tell me as if that would somehow make me able to afford the discrepancy . I was discriminated.

    mistakenly divided the cost into thirds instead of halves for the required deposit. Once we identified this
    error, we promptly contacted you to address the issue and find a solution. During our conversation, we
    presented several alternatives to ensure your satisfaction, but the only acceptable option for you was a
    refund. In response to your request, we promptly refunded the amount to you.
    We understand that insurance policies can be complex, and copays for add-ons are typically determined
    by your insurance company. We make it a priority to provide transparency in our pricing and are
    dedicated to assisting our patients in navigating the intricacies of their insurance coverage when
    selecting eyeglasses.
    Furthermore, we take pride in offering translation services to ensure effective communication. Your
    entire transaction was translated by our employee to bridge any language barriers and ensure clarity
    during the process.
    Regarding the decision to dismiss you from the practice, we want to emphasize that we value the well-
    being and respect of our employees. It is not acceptable to have our staff subjected to berating or
    disrespectful behavior. We believe in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all
    parties involved.
    We understand that this situation has been frustrating for both you and our staff, and for that, we
    apologize. We take your feedback seriously, and we are committed to addressing the issues you've
