  I met with Dr. J***** for my initial consultation at the Pelham Rd location in Greenville. There facility is very nice, and he was very professional and had a nice bed side manner. I needed to have an implant done and scheduled my next appointment. This practice is CASH only, no insurance but they will assist with filling out paperwork for insurance reimbursement. There was a $200 deposit required to make the next appointment which I paid and scheduled. Unfortunately for me there has been unforeseen financial issues with my daughter that I needed to help with and needed to cancel that appointment unit I can save up the money for the implant that was near $6000. I spoke to the office person Nicolette when she called to confirm the appointment and told her I needed to cancel. She explained that I would forfeit the deposit since I did not cancel in a weeks' time. The paperwork stated 5 business days' notice was required. I was right at the 5 business days the 5th and the appt was the 11th. They would not refund me the deposit which pissed my off and I got irate and explained to Nicolette that my frustration was not towards her and not to take what I was saying personal as it was not meant for her but the crappy Dr's and their policy. I told her I would not patron them if this was the practice of taking people money and hung up. She called me back and said she spoke to the Dr. and he would not refund my money but would put it towards another deposit for another visit when I was ready. I will NOT patron a business with practices like this so by default they will get to keep my deposit. I would not recommend them just because of this practice. They had plenty of notice and was on day 5 of their policy. I wish them the best of luck, but they do not deserve my business.
