    I DO NOT recommend. This facility has teenagers working - these children aren’t trained to deal with dogs behaviors. This facility only cares about making money, so they over book dogs and are understaffed. These dogs are left in their own feces and urine all day with little to no staff able to work with them or clean their areas. People pay for play time, and the dogs don’t leave their kennels for hours at a time, if they’re lucky to even go play. They’re so understaffed Corporate has come in, but yet they can’t keep staff still. They have low pay for Employees, are cruel to animals and could care less about their well being. They need to be shutdown.

    On 7/17/24 Pet Paradise gave our dog to another family. She was missing for 3 hours. Horrible things could have happened to her during this time. We had to wait at the store for 2 hours until she was returned. No remorse or apologies from the staff. We found out later this has happened before. Highly recommend you do not bring your fur children to this establishment.
