I had a conversation with the sales rep and let her know we had been using bubble mailers since 2020 as we ship seeds and they need to be protected. The calls aren't recorded so her and I had to agree to disagree that I had asked for bubble mailers. In an email to the rep, I used the word envelope, and I let the manager know. She said envelope and mailer on. synonymous. Envelopes are generally more rigid and thicker than poly bags, hence the name ********. I received my order and was shocked to get poly bags. Not only did I receive poly bags, but they were below the 4" I had paid for. These are mailers, the **** requires mailers to be at least 4x6. We aren't able to put our labels on them as they hang off. We aren't able to add any protection to our products as the bags are to skinny. I don't remember the exact amount, but I believe it was close to $2400 for 10k bags (not envelopes) that I am not able to use. I also paid $2400 for 4x6 bags, I signed off on a design for 4x6 bags and I didn't receive 4x6 bags. The rep said during the manufacturing process the bags can get cut shorter. As a customer, I do not know this, they are the professionals. I believe if you are paying that much money, you should get what you asked for and signed off for. Regardless of if we agree or disagree I asked for bubble mailers on a non-recorded call, the measurements do not allow me to use the bags for any mailing purpose. **** has returned them when we did try to use them for smaller seeds as they were to small and the lables were sticking to other customers mail.

Our records show you submitted a website RFQ for poly mailers, approved the quote specifically for poly mailers, and signed off on the artwork proof. When you raised concerns in May 2024, we promptly:
Issued a 25% credit
Offered discounted bubble mailers
Explained the industry-standard ¼" manufacturing tolerance noted in your quote
Regarding label fit: A 4" mailer (your ordered width) cannot properly accommodate standard shipping labels, which require 4.5" width for optimal fit. Had we known your shipping requirements, we would have recommended the appropriate size.
You acknowledged signing off without noting they were poly bags. While we understand your frustration, the delivered products met the specifications you approved. After accepting our credit in May 2024, you used the products for 8 months before raising additional concerns.
