  ZERO STARS. I do not understand how a company like this can be legal?? And how can the sales reps of these **** companies outright lie to get customers into an agreement they know is going to cost them more than double of what the outbuilding cost? How can the sales reps and the reps of this leasing company sleep at night knowing how many people they are ******** over. This has got to be illegal! And if it isn't, it needs to be! I purchased a $21,000.00 **** in **** of 2022. The sales rep told me my payments would be ***.00 a month for 3 years. I have been making monthly payments for over 2 and a half years. I called to see what I had left to make a final payoff. To my extreme dismay, they told me I still owed **,000.00!! In the fine print of the agreement, it says the agreement is to pay 57 payments to total **,000.00. Who would agree to that!?? There has to be law to require the purchaser to initial that line in the fine print! After looking into the payments I have made on my bank statements, they have taken $5.00 to $20.00 more than the agreed ***.00! Isn't that in itself a breach of contract? I pray for their souls. They may be living it up with their scandalizing ways but sooner or later, it's going to come bite them and woe to them when that day comes!

  These people are the WORST EVER I'm telling you listen to someone that have dealt with these CROOKS you better RUN N RUN fast from RTO National to whoever own this RIP OFF I don't even see how you can sleep at night the way you do people anytime you can't see a balance on what you paying on you automatically dealing with CROOKS my people out there n reading this yall PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't do business with them cause you will REGRET IT I regret it so much I HATE the letters R T O...

  This business practices have hurt our shed company - customers have left our business 1 star reviews that should have been directed to RTO NATIONAL for the early payoff terms, and poor customer service. We have since gone with a better RTO Provider.

  This is by far the worst place in the world to do business with. We purchase a barn in 2022 and signed a contract in office with a lady, SMITH, who smoked so much I thought she was the cigarette. We were given 3 options, Cash price of $9379.80, Lease to own, or lease on monthly to return when done. We agreed on the cash price of $8685.00 plus tax, $694.80 for a total of $9379.80. Initial payment of $439.25. We signed a contract which I have in hand, that shows the purchase agreement, ******* Order Form, and the Blocking agreement. We made payments 2 weeks before due date and did not miss a payment. So once we were close to our payoff, I reached out to them to find out what was left. This is when I was told that we signed up for $15,638.00. We would never have agreed to pay this much for this barn. Then we were sent an electronic document that we never signed that said this is what we agreed to. We have never seen those documents before with a electronic signature. What happened to the cash price agreement done with Carol S**** at ******* ******** done at *** ******* * ***** ** ******* **? This is a scam. We asked and agreed to pay $9379.80 and as of today we have paid $11348.50. The rep we spoke with was so rude and he emailed us a copy of the contract and pictures and it even says sale price $9379.80. We have called again and no one can help us. We have been told that early pay off balance is $2388.36 but this is not what we agreed on. This is not how a business is ran. You can not even see on the website your pay off, or starting balance or ending. You have to call and take their word or just keep up with your payments made. We are so very unhappy with this company, and this lender.

  You pay your building off waiting for over a month to get the paperwork saying I own it only to get a friendly reminder that I had a payment due in two days NOT ! After getting an email then phone call Monday assuring me that I would hear back from her by end of day which I didn’t, but am still getting friendly reminders! I spoke to someone from the collection office today I was told it takes 5/7 days it’s been over a month! We did our part we paid it off!

  These people need to be reported to the better business bureau, you authorize them to take a one time payment and they charge the card twice, this has happened 2 times now, this is not a mistake this is intentional and when you call them they won’t answer the phone, this is dirty business doing, I work in an office as well a large firm and this is no good for business.

  If I could rate this company less than one, I definantly would! These people are the rudest, most disrespectful, and most unhelpful people I have ever come across!! They scam people out of their money and over charge for a product that is not worth half what you pay for it...they lie to people when you call them...they have their salesmen tell you one thing and have something else written in the contract...then when something tragic happens and you get behind on payments....they absolutely refuse to work with you at all!! They threaten to take your building even though you are attempting to pay...but they refuse to work with you in anyway...even after you have been a good customer since 2022 and paid about 10,000.00 on a building that's only worth 8,000.00 that by the time you get it paid off...you have paid over 17,000.00 for.....after the salesman specifically said it was 8,000.00 and would be paid off in 2 years. You gotta make sure you read the fine print in their ridiculous contract. But we were going to try to continue to pay for our building and when my husband called the lady...in addition to being rude and telling my husband he needed to go get a loan to catch up payments...refused to attempt to help us in any way. We have had multiple issues with people being rude or refusing to help us. My husband and I are disabled...we receive disability in other words....we can't just produce 600.00 at one time. My husband just got out of a 3 month stay in the hospital is how we got behind. It's pretty pathetic they treat people this way!! But you can count on one thing...I'm gonna blast all of this on social media and I have some friends at some news stations...by the time I am done...no body will want to touch this company to go through financing anything!!

  Unfortunately this business is no way customer friendly. When making payments unlike other companies you can not track payment progress and when you reach out to the company they send an email that just lists dates and the amount you pay but there is truly no starting payment. At the start of my contract I was to receive a payment book that never came even though I requested in the beginning. Also they give you an early pay off amount that is only good till the payment due date. There are discrepancies with that . For example in March I was quoted a certain payoff amount with five payments left I made two payments since the last quote and the payoff amount only reflects me making a full payment plus an extra $50 when in actuality I made two payments. Looks a lot like the company just wants to rob you blind and charge you three times what you owe. Also don’t make extra towards any payment because all that happens is they put it in a bogus “escrow” account that you have to call and put towards any balance owed. You can never get through to anyone and if they promise to call you conveniently it seems they wait till after your due date so your early pay off amount becomes null. No one can seem to explain what is going on and it’s unfair to the consumer in any manner there’s so much more I could say but it will probably get ignored or dismissed as being all my fault. Clearly by other reviews RTO does not care.

  RTO National is a bunch of crooks and the rudest people every. Mike s***** and Heather are so call mangers or supervisors whatever they are. They need to go back school and be taught some manners or there parent's failed. Payment being 2 weeks late and acting cause waiting for HUSBAND TO GET BACK IN TOWN TO GET PAID! That's sad when the driver is way nicer and more respectful then the employees of RTO National. We got building delivered Feb 28 2024 and march 5 email was sent of due Date of April 5. They definitely don't respect the fact they would have a business if was NOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS! And building had flaws too. Big ass gaps and doors don't go all the shut at the bottom and the refused to fix that. People need to be aware and something needs to be done so they stop screwing customers over with money they work hard for. Just so they can pocket it.
