    We lived at Springwood RV park for a little over a year. Dec '21- April '23. To get an RV site you must pay a $200 security deposit, which I was told, by the staff, that we would get on our departure from the park.
    I got a new job and we went to leave and ask for our deposit back. They claim that we were not paid in full the past two months. That claim was untrue as we were paid in full until the beginning of April '23. Which we were going to pay the last 14 days on a night by night bases. Which we have paid in full as well.
    We have kept all our payment information. The receipts from the park, and we have bank statements to prove that we were paid in full. When we brought this information to the office staff they continued to claim that we were not paid in full. The park system, which we could view from our phones, before we spoke with them showed that we were paid. After we spoke with him, it was manipulated to look as if we had not paid.
    We decided to try the owner of the park for help. We were in a constant back and forth over phone calls and text messages describing our problem. He claimed to look into it, and we sent him all of our proof in the texts. That way we have physical evidence that he received them.
    He kept telling us he would look into it. The owner went back and forth with us over the course of 2 weeks. We could never get it resolved with him. I informed him that our next step was contacting this agency to help us resolve our issue.

    Here above are all the records.  As you can see from the transaction on April 10 the deposit of 200 was refunded to the account, and the final balance due on March 8the was adjusted t0 390.94
