    I was told back in April 2024 that my insurance was now being accepted so I no longer had to be self pay . Come September they all of a sudden tell me my insurance denied all claims & now im responsible for all the money !! After verifying that it was accepted though !!
    My clinic has been ZERO HELP to me 8 ive had to call corporate for weeks talking to different people everyday trying to reach the billing department !!
    My insurance told me that it can be eligible for reimbursement but it would have to be billed under the medical directors NPI not the clinics & when I told the clinic that they say corporate said that’s how it’s being billed but BcBs says no it’s still reflecting the clinics information not the medical directors !!
    I have to pay almost $800 a month for this treatment so I literally can not afford to continue if this doesn’t get resolved !!

    I left Crossroads treatment Center the end of 2023, because they told me that my insurance co-pay was going up from $20.00 a month to $20.00 a week (I couldn't afford that). When I went back to get my refund (money I had paid ahead) They just kept putting me off and giving me different excuses. But finely when they to told me my refund check was mailed ($90.00) on 01/12/2024. Now, eleven day later I sill haven't heard from them.
