    Poor customer service. I was in the market to buy a new pump for my water distiller. I was placing the order for the specific pump that I needed. Their system recommended a USA build pump that was supposed to be a direct replacement for the pump my system required. I happily bought the USA built part! Come to find out it is not a direct replacement part. The pump specs are not exactly the same and will not fit on my application. The suggested pump would not fit. I bought the correct pump from them and explained the situation. I have been attempting to work with customer service to get the incorrect pump returned so that I can get a refund, and they have ghosted me. I have e-mailed the contact several times with no response. Tread lightly using this business.

    Their website says the product is in-stock but when you place your order and they take your money then you learn that they don't have it so it's back ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. From the reviews I'm reading, it's not just me. It seems like a common practice with them. Don't buy anything unless they can confirm 100% that it's in stock. Then after that, if it's back ordered write a 1 star review.

    Fresh Water Systems has GREAT customer service. They tirelessly worked with us trying to get us the part we needed to install our new undersink faucet/filter system. Wish there were more companies like this one.
