    I went to European Wax center on June 4, 2024 to get a Brazilian Wax. Upon getting my wax the wax specialist burned me with the wax on two different parts. I advised the lady that the wax was hot after the first burn. She proceeded to finish the wax and burnt me again. She was rushing doing the wax because I was her last client. I contacted the manager who only offered to give me a free wax, I didn’t want that because I sustained wax burns on my ******. I also took pictures of the areas where I was burned.

    Because I tried to handle the situation on my own and I came across the BBB from a social media post where you all helped someone. I would have been reached out to this company had I known that you all help people in different situations.

    experienced. Guests are always encouraged to contact their physician for
    guidance on proper treatment of any areas that are irritated or exposed as a
    result of waxing services, but proper cleaning and application of an
    antibacterial ointment (or an aloe vera gel, if you are not allergic) are
    generally regarded as effective ways of soothing and healing skin that is
    irritated/exposed in connection with waxing services. We would like to look
    further into your concern and can confirm management has contacted you on 06/07 and have provided you a complementary next service and refund along with providing you a serum on us. Please feel free to contact the center directly if you need further info.
