    UNFORTUNATE Taylors Window & Screens Experience
    Do not give any kind of payment or signature before a manager has agreed (signed) to perform the work! The salesperson visited for the initial quote and then a week later to collect deposit, two-weeks later installer came and measured. Each visit we discussed accessing the top window safely and was called in and “no problem”.
    Five weeks later (7 after deposit), I receive a voicemail from salesman stating they can no longer perform the work. After multiple messages I stopped by and spoke with owner who showed me the bold statemen on the bottom of the contract “…All agreement Subject to Management Approval.”
    Make sure you have management approval before you sign, pay money and wait months.

    This business is excellent from Charley who came out and worked with me on estimate to Mike, Glenn and Ruben who came out and installed our new windows. Charley came out and didn't put on a high pressure sales tactic like some companies do. He took measurements and showed me my options and wasn't pushey at all.They actually made my windows quicker than expected which is great.Mike and them showed up on time and had our windows installed in no time. Looks excellent.
