    Yes my name if ***** ******** and on March 17 2023 I went to piedmont TEC to attend my forklift license I passed my test and on that day it was raining so they told me they could mail my certificate that I've paid $169.00 and completed my class (in the rain) and when I call the first time they said they sent it out then I waited it never came then I called up there they said they would get someone to send it out I gave them my address and they sent it to the wrong address then I called again to tell them the one they sent to the right address had the wrong name on it so I call them and nakia L**** says I not going to have someone talking like that (BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE)and she hung up not knowing that I've been trying to get the problem resolved nicely so I call back and she doesn't answer so I call to the main office to get transferred to piedmont TEC continue ING education and she gets on the phone then after the two fail call backs and I tell her to put someone else on the phone she put matt W***** on the phone and he tells me what he thinks happened when me and her got on the phone so I'm like y'all going to team up on me about yall fault I said ok Im goin the the better business bureau cause I want is my forklift license and I know that's not to much to ask and not having to be shut down and rejected two times and teamed up against sorry for the lack of punctuation I'm just irritated cause my family depending on me and I'm trying and people like nakia L**** and Matt W***** making it harder then it already Is. THANKS
    YOU GUYS REALLY BE THE ONES MAKING A DIFFERENCE.

    Upon looking into your complaint, it was confirmed that the initial certificate was mailed to an incorrect address that the college had in our records and when the certificate was mailed to the correct address, the certificate was incorrect. It is our understanding that the correct certificate was mailed to the correct address on April 3, 2023.
