    I recently moved into a rental home managed by Southern Home Rentals, in February 2023. There were several occassions where my water wouldn't work. I reached out to the company & they had maintenance come out two different times. I was without water for a week. The office personnel stated that they would put a credit on my account for March 2023 rent, due to the inconvenience. I sent a message on March 4th, 2023 asking how much my rent is so that I could get the money order in. I received a message back on March 6th, 2023 stating that my rent was $50 more than it was supposed to be. They had added on a late fee. I sent a message stating that I was under the impression that a credit would be on my account, and that I've been waiting for a response as to how much my rent would be. The office personnel kept saying that they were waiting on an answer from their boss. Today, I get a message stating that they are filing an eviction on me today, 3/14/23. I let them know that all they had to do was tell me how much I owed and it would have been paid. I currently work in property management, and the way they are doing their tenants is terrible.

     Hi,

    The tenant took possession of **** ******* *** on Feb 6th,2023. Jenny went thru the whole 11 pages of our Lease the exact way that we do EVERYONE of our tenants , Tenant said she understood All of the info and signed in 17 places saying that she understood the MOVE-IN Process as well as the MOVE-OUT Process.

    She was given Written and Verbal Instructions about WHEN,WHERE and HOW the Emergency Call Center that we have works and the MOVE-IN Inspection Sheet so tenants can make us Aware of any issues that may need taken care of at each property.

    She contacted us the 1st time on Feb 3rd  by calling the Emergency line and said she had No water. It was after hours on a Fri and said she had no water- we immediately sent out a plumber and it turned out the water had not been turned on at the Valve. The plumber turned it on and left.

    She called on Feb 8th and said she had No Hot Water. We sent the plumber again and he changed out the both Elements in the water heater and it was working fine when he left.

    we called the 9th of Feb to make sure all was good and working. We left a mess and we call again the next day and left another mess...but she never returned any calls.

    She left a mess 2 weeks later on Feb 25th ( it was the weekend and we were closed )saying that she had another issue that was the 3rd time and she had to spend the nite in a motel .

    That following Mon

    the 2/27 we tried contacting her 3 times and left messages but she never contacted us back,

    then  the next week our front desk lady contacted her by text in our Office System and asked her about the
