    I called before I went to purchase a pressure washer and spoke with a nice guy. However, I could barely walk 10 feet into the store before a grey and red hair elderly lady shouts in my ear 'can I help you?' The greeting was so aggressive and loud that I stopped. I told her i'm their for the soap sprayer container, then she says they only fit a certain brand. In my discretion, I already know im purchasing a pressure washer but she starts rambling and yelling instantly ' we don't sell the containers at all and let me explain to you what pressure washing is' Then she rudely yells at her co-workers to go show me where the pressure washer is but she yelled at first that she was trying to help me. She made a big scene in the store in front of other customers that were just trying to checkout. It been three days since 2/3/2023 2pm and I still have to go get a pressure washer from somewhere else because I don't trust the ace store in my area due to her services. I did buy a broom since it was cheap just like the service I got. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bereau.
