    I have lived at this property for 2years my lease ended March 2024, I was not granted a lease renewal I was told to move out by May 31st 2024. I moved out May 6th 2024 I was told to come in office to sign that I have vacated the property in order for them to do a walk through and let me know about my $1200 security deposit so I went to sign paperwork on May 8th when I arrived I was given to papers to sign which they did not discuss they told me when I got there I had to sign one was my intended vacate date which I left on the 6th and the other was for breaking the lease that I did not get to renew and they gave me a move out date told me I was responsible to pay up to 2 months if not rented because I didn’t give a 2 months notice of vacating the unit. I have tried to email and call them after I got my disposition letter stating that I owe them 1509 dollars for late fee in April 100$,20$ fee left for April rent, I owed May rent plus late fee of $100 and $50 for a small hole in child’s bedroom. I agree that I owe them Late fee April and the $20 fee and for the repair in child’s bedroom total of $170 but not for May rent I left on the 6th of May also saying that I broke the lease could Hender me in getting another place to live I never signed a lease to break and was given until May 31st to move it’s unfair that I was made to sign documents that were false and unjust to say I owe for May rent I have gotten no response when trying to email about this situation or no answer when trying to call

    I noticed my carpet in my sunroom was wet on May 23rd , I opened the water heater door and there was a puddle of water & the things i had in there (comforters & 3 book bags) where covered in mildew & mold. I don’t know how long it had been leaking; i don’t go in there. I removed the materials and seen lots of mold along the wall inside this room. I filed a maintenance request assuming it was because the air filter needed to be changed because they no longer change them, just sat it outside the door for us to do. Almost a week went by and nobody came. I called the office on the 28th to explain how bad it was and that black mold was outside of the closet & that the carpet in my sunroom was soak & wet and was spreading. I was told that somebody would come out on Tuesday May 31st but nobody showed. Almost a week went by and i filed a claim with my insurance but they don’t cover mold and closed my case. It wasn’t I thought another 2 weeks before anybody came and all they did was suck the carpet dry & I guess fix the leak. I was told they would come on a Thursday June 16th so finish up and once again nobody showed. I’m no carpenter but I know with the condition that it is in, the wall and carpet needs to be replaced.
