  I’ve had an account open with community credit for a year now. Yes there’s been times where I didn’t make my payment on time but would always let them know ahead of time I need to reschedule my payment. There was a time they charged my card for 2 payments. One was a late payment and the other payment was for an upcoming payment that was due in 2 weeks. I never gave them consent to run that second payment. Each and every time it’s always an excuse as to why they can’t do it and run my card anyway. Overdrawing my account. My loan agreement states my payments are due on the 9th of every month. Today is the 6th and I get a voicemail from the manager being rude saying how he doesn’t know how many times I’ve been late on making my payments but it’s every month I’m late. So I call back and as soon as he gets on the phone he give me straight attitude. I tell him I don’t appreciate the voicemail he left me he cuts me off by saying how about you make your payments on time how about that. I went off on him including how they always say they’re there to work with you and they don’t. There’s been other issues I’ve had with this business in the past but it’s too much to type. But you’ll be better off getting a loan somewhere else

  the branch in lumberton north carolina ran my credit without my authorization. that is illegal. i reported them to the nc doj already

  I received a loan for $2200 in August 2022. It is now April 2023 and I owe $2700 on the loan. I was going to refinance last month and they wanted to give me $300 and raise my monthly bill by almost $50. The ones interest rate is over 60%. How is this even legal,?

  This Financing team is horrible. I have a signed contract that excluded a $99.95 charge for a fee to ATMC for Auto Plus Plan. Not only did their representative sign off that it was not included in the loan but in addition there is a place on the contract to initial if you want the coverage. I did not initial. I called for a pay off because the interest rate is far too high and addressed the fee and asked that it be deducted from the payoff amount. When I explained it to the manager Lisa she said I made an agreement with Wayne and I should have had the contract done over?????? I am in a contract with Regional Management Corp., not Wayne. I trusted Wayne as a representative of Regional to properly provide me with accurate information. I paid my loan in a timely manner, I am asking for a pay-off which excludes a fee I did not authorize and Lisa is telling me I made an agreement with a staff member what is that??? She was so rude, yelling, over talking me, unprofessional and all I wanted was a pay off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. You can find loans for a much better interest rate and a company that is reliable and honors their word.

  Received from a check in the mail today from this business in the mail. By signing this check and cashing it at my bank it would entering the loan at 49.9% interest. Unbelievable! My biggest concern was what if someone else got this check and cashed it. How can this be legal? This process needs to be stopped immediately.

  Have a small loan with them, got letter saying I was approved for $500 just call.
  Loan I have almost paid off, so called said I wanted that.
  Girl says ok no problem. Will call back .
  Calls me back in about 30 minutes said sorry, my income isn't enough.
  WHAT Last loan was 1000 and almost paid off but now income not enough for $500.
  Have done business with them on and off for years BUT never again.

  Do not get a loan from Regions on North Pleasantburg. Even if you are caught up on your payments and are not behind these people will call you ten times a day until your payment due date. It’s just ridiculous. I wished I never got a loan from this place. I rate this company an F-.

  I received a live check from this company deposited it in my account and 25 days later the check was returned. I had already used the $1500 so this caused me to owe my back the $1500. I called the local office that services my city and they were not much help, just simply telling me it was my banks fault. I tried calling the office in South Carolina where the check was issued my calls were directed back to the local office. I was given the runaround and I definitely would not recommend doing business with this company for this reason.
