    READ CAREFULLY! Will take 100% of your money with no cancellation seconds after you click. Look on their website and call the hotel direectly. Learned the hard way

    We did respond back to Mr. ******* shortly after he emailed our team regarding the cancellation of the reservation. The reservation was non-refundable but our team was able to contact the property for a penalty waiver. A full refund was granted to the reservation in question after the hotel approved the penalty waiver. Cancellation policies do vary by property as well as by rate type. Some rates are non-refundable which wouldn't allow a refund at the time of cancellation even if it was just seconds after booking. This bad review was posted prior to our team getting involved with the refund request.
