    I was being harassed, accosted and profiled and got a trespass warning for doing nothing. I pay for a gym membership just like everyone else. Therefore, I should be able to use the amenities just like everyone else. An associate Caitlin H********, said that I can't be at the gym because I don't work-out which is false. She said that I am homeless which is also false and a form of profiling and harassment. She said that I linger at the gym and that is true I did that 1 time, I stayed at the gym for a few hours so I can charge my phone, because I currently do not have a permanent residence. This is not enough grounds to be treated the way she did. This is textbook profiling and harassment. Please look into this matter.

    You did not use our gym for its intended purpose. You came two days in a row and both times did not work out at all. It is all on camera. When asked about your usage of the gym, you called the police, not us. The police said you would be put in trespass notice if you didn’t use our gym for the proper purpose. We never put a trespass notice against you.
