    We purchased a townhouse in April 2022, the builder was All Square. The back window needed to be replaced, and the builder said it was on back order. Over the past 23 months, I have called only to get the answering machine. I did in December, 2023 get a hold of Kenny who told me they have the window in their warehouse and he was waiting for the installer to put it in. Still not in. Since January, 2024, I have been calling only to get the answering machine. No one has responded to my calls.

    The window is fixed. the customer was spoken to which is different than he has indicated. The original window manufacturer was supposed to take care of the problem. there were several delays from them. we reached the point were we asked them for the window and we would fix it ourselves. they initially sent a window replacement that we determined to be the wrong size. we waited multiple months for the first one and after finding it to be the incorrect size, started the process over again which took multiple months again. a second incorrect/damaged window received. we again contacted them to get it resolved and finally received the correct replacement which was installed within days of receiving it. I stand by the 20+ years of EXCEPTIONAL customer service from our company. Unfortunately, the new America we live in puts us at the mercy of company's that do not properly handle situations like this that reflect on us when in actuality is caused by supply issues out of our control
