Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify a few details regarding the work we completed and the situation with your flooring. Our team did come out to inspect the issue you mentioned, and we determined that there was a significant water intrusion problem in your crawl space, which caused the floor joists to rot. Unfortunately, addressing that issue was not part of the insurance claim nor the scope of work that we were hired to complete.

Our project with you focused on replacing your kitchen and installing LVP flooring as part of the insurance claim, which was related to a water leak from your refrigerator. Initially, your insurance company offered $11,000 to cover the repairs. However, after we provided a detailed quote, they increased that to $28,000, allowing you to receive a brand-new kitchen, including new cabinets, countertops, and flooring that matched across your kitchen and living room. After completing the project, we conducted a final walkthrough, and you signed off on the finished work.

We understand that you're experiencing issues in a different part of the house, but repairing the rot in the floor joists and addressing the water intrusion from exterior drainage was not covered in your claim, nor were we hired to fix it at the time. We have also already provided a detailed estimate for the repairs related to the rotting floor joists and have been out multiple times to discuss the issue.

We’d love to help you resolve these additional issues. Please let us know if you'd like us to move forward with fixing the problem. We can also provide a thorough estimate that your insurance company can use to address the water intrusion and related damage.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you further if needed.

    Best regards,
    Raybrook Homes

Very low quality construction. Poor workmanship. Does not stand behind product. Do not build with this company.
