Great company! Came out same day I had an issue with my unit and fixed it. I also got signed up in their maintenance plan. They were so friendly and really made sure I knew all my options before going through with anything. Will definitely be a reoccurring customer!

Absolutely outstanding service. Lacey in the office is very informative and kept me update during the entire process. My new hvac system and tankless water heater was installed immaculately. I’ve had it for a year and I have no complaints. Proving was very fair. The owner even gave me a call to make sure I was happy with my investment. Installed two HVAC units March 2021. Paid more than other companies, liked the 10 year parts and labor guarantee. 1 unit was not installed correctly, and had to have them come out to fix. At March 2022 maintenance service, 1 unit was low on refrigerant. Found out most companies will not install without new copper lines due to the higher pressures associated with the new refrigerant. The maintenance service guy said he didn’t know why they didn’t quote/install new copper. Quoted $2000 to install new copper lines. March 2023, I had a different licensed contractor do the maintenance. Found the refrigerant low again. Had the lines replaced. Came back from vacation, one unit not working. A service guy came out, found the door lock was not totally turned and cut off unit. Spoke with owner, he said he would not honor the 10 year parts and labor unless I purchased their maintenance program. Nowhere on the contract does it say I have to buy their maintenance, or quote a price. It does not say I have to have anyone do maintenance, only “ 10 year parts and labor”. With 7 1/2 years remaining on my warranty, I hope there are no problems with the units, as I know it will be a problem with this company. Avoid this company. Chisholm was NOT BBB accredited until March 2022, so could not check before this purchase.Chisholm Plumbing, Air & Electric

Customer has had other companies working on the system. They replaced the line set and opened the system to the elements. Line sets did not need to be replaced. We offered the customer a replacement and gave him a price he declined. We found the unit low on refrigerant and filled it up for him free of charge. The leak was not on the units we installed but on his line set. That’s when we again offered replacement and he declined. He has had his neighbor doing maintenance on the system and called us out when unit wasn’t working. We found the door was not properly closed on the unit and got it back running. We did not charge him anything for coming out and fixing it even though was due to someone prior doing poor work. This would be due to whoever was working on it not properly closing it. We then offered him a maintenance plan with us which he declined. We did not feel comfortable continuing to work with him after he cussed out the technician and office staff for something that his other company hade done on maintenance We then informed him that his 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty was registered and any licensed contractor can honor his warranty through ****. We have stood behind our work and haven’t charged him for anything even fixing other people’s bad work.Review fromMary N

I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Chisholm Plumbing, Air & Electric. They answered the phone the first time I called, dispatched someone same day (yesterday) and repaired my home heating system today when the part came. My system is older and can present a challenge. This firm sent a knowledgeable, experienced professional.
I cannot say enough about my experience with this firm and the person they sent to my home-Chad. Professional from the first phone call, Chisholm gave me a very quick response time, a steady flow of information and more than fair pricing.
