    I scheduled a tech to come out on a Monday to do my backyard and garage. After realizing they failed to give a time frame, I called the day they were scheduled, and their staff told us we were their last stop and if they couldn't make it, we would be rescheduled (red flag #1). The tech (“Wes”) did not show up until after 7:30 pm, didn't knock, and instead proceeded to let himself into my backyard without announcing himself (red flag #2). The tech then left without finishing the job as he had no access to the garage since he didn't want to announce his presence and instead wanted to lurk around my house in the dark with no outside lighting, meaning they would have to come back anyway (red flag #3). I have pets, and when I went to let them out in the morning, I also found that their technician decided not to make any attempt to shut my large side gate that he had opened without permission to gain access into my backyard, putting my pets at risk (red flag #4). Luckily, I had the forethought to check as the gate is not immediately visible from the house, or this report may have included a lost pet. I will be filing multiple complaints with the BBB and FTC to ensure others are aware of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by this company and its staff. Their actions are not only unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate of their customers but could also be potentially dangerous.

    Thank you for allowing me to resolve this issue.
    I talked to them that morning to get more information about this complaint. After that phone call, I met with them to apologize for that bad experience and assure them that Wes would not be back out here for any future services.  With that one technician not communicating or providing the service how it was supposed to, I redid that whole service and refunded their money. They were pleased with how we resolved this issue and are confident in us to continue to service their home.
