I purchased a camper from this company in July of 2023. I began having issues with both air conditioning units in May and contacted the company about the problem. Because the company didn’t respond for over a week, another repair service was contacted to address the issue. In the meantime the company finally sent someone out to look at the units but didn’t fix and turned it over to the other repair service who had already began to assess the problems. This repair service has done work for Bob Ledford RV before according to them. The units are under warranty through *** It is now September and nothing has been repaired and seems we are no closer to getting fixed. All we are getting now is pointing fingers from ** to the repair service. I want the camper place to take care of this. It’s been a big inconvenience to me and my family due to hot days and not being able to stay in the camper. This camper is my home and I need something done.
