    Doesn’t deserve one star. Took my sons go cart in for a new chain and tune up in February. I received no calls for a month and a half. I called to get an update on the go cart, after a couple of no answer calls I got ahold of them. They told me I brought them the wrong chain! Really frustrating they didn’t call me and I had to call them to realize I brought the wrong chain to them. So I went and picked up the chain and tried to get a new one at ******* ******* They didn’t have it in stock so I called b & b small engine to inform them that I couldn’t find a chain and to go ahead and order the right one for me! I was told ok we will order it! Never got a call back so I tried calling and calling with no answer! Voicemail full! So finally here it is October I called and ended up getting the owner on the phone to ask if they were open on Saturday and was told no, only Monday thru Friday. At this point I was very disappointed and frustrated my son’s go cart had been there for 8 months! So I decided to go today October 9 to pick it up! The lady at the front desk helped me retrieve the go cart from out back. It had been sitting out in the weather with leaves and sticks laying in it! I got the go cart loaded into my truck. I asked the lady if by chance she had the chain they ordered for me! I was told it was on back order. Really? They told me they would order back in June???? :-( I will never forget the way my family was treated and I’ll make sure my surrounding family and friends know what kind of customer service and “business” this is! They hadn’t done a thing with my sons go cart!!!! :-(

    I will never use B and B small engine repair again sent mower in was never informed of a pickup or delivery fee declined the estimate was charged pickup delivery fee and labor to look at my mower also shop supply fee so beware of hidden costs they don’t inform the customer of.
