    not sure of the guy who worked on my car, he never said his name. had it towed there and it wasn’t looked at for a few days. he was rude every time i called and when my mom went in to check on it to see what is taking so long, he said he was having issues taking the cv axel out. my step dad went in there and said it was on the wrong lift. my entire car is messed up. my doors are unaligned, broken bolt on rim and opposite tire somehow started losing air. i went there to get a cv axel fixed and it didn’t get fixed. he tried saying it was stuck and i needed a NEW TRANSMISSION altogether… still charged me $130 for what? i have it there for two weeks and i finally got it towed to another place and they fixed it within an hour. i’m pretty sure my car was dropped or damaged somehow and the frame is completely messed up now. my trunk is also messed up and nothing should have been touched except under the hood and car for the cv axel…

    Took a vehicle in for service on May 10. Gave specific instructions on a printed list. 1) Address loose steering 2) Lower block lift in back from 5" to 3" and THEN put on the shocks that I provided. On May 17, they called and said they had it done. When I asked about the lift and the shocks they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then they called back and said they got it lowered and got the shocks put on. My daughter picked it up, and a couple days later she was driving it a short distance and the car suddenly pulled into the oncoming lane of traffic, she narrowly avoided a tragic wreck.She got the car to the side of the road and the steering bar had come off on one side. The *** tow truck driver said there was another nut about to come off, and had it done so, she likely would have been killed. There were other nuts under there he was able to turn with his fingers, and none of them had the needed cotter pins to secure them. I had him take it to a different shop, at which time they affirmed the bad work, and made it all safe. When I asked them to check on the shocks and the lower lift, they sent pictures showing they hadn't put on the lower block lift, and instead of replacing the shocks, they tried painting over the old ones (blue) to make them look black like the new shocks I'd left. So they took my shocks, but didn't do the work. And the front end work they did put my daughter's life in jeopardy. Multiple contact attempts have been made, many promises to call me back with a resolution but not one time have they actually called me. I did finally get the shocks back, but their promise to refund my money has been to no avail.

    The vehicle was brought to us with a list of instructions.  The customer was made aware that we are currently short-staffed so we could only do certain repairs on the detailed list, such as; Front Suspension/Shocks, Ball Joints, Front End Alignment.  The customer was notified that we were unable to do the REAR suspension Shocks and lowering the block lift because it would take more than one mechanic/technician to do the job; we only had one mechanic at the time.  We did not charge the customer for the work that we did not do, lowering the rear blocks/replacing the rear shocks.  All repairs are looked over and double checked prior to removing the vehicle from the shop.  The customer was informed we are unable to give him a refund due to the fact that we only charged him for the repairs we told him we made.  We have NOTICE: All Sales Final (No Refunds, No Exchanges) signs posted in the front office of our location, for all customers to see.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 


    Everything in their response after "the customer brought the vehicle in with a list" is a complete and total lie. Not one shred of truth to any of it. If they had told me they weren't able to replace the shocks/lift in back, why then, would they paint over them to try and make it appear as if they had been replaced?

    Also, I talked to Justin there who at the time agreed I deserved my money back, he just needed to check with the owner to see how to do it. 

    And, after all this happened, when I called them the first time, they blamed all the work on a mechanic who was there and didn't show back up to work the following week. They never, ever mentioned only having one mechanic.Either they're lying about the one mechanic thing, or they're lying about who did the work. If the latter, I'm all the more concerned, because that means it was Tim. And he's still there, putting people's lives in jeopardy. It truly is that serious.
