    First of all, we hired Jody because his website says he is BBB accredited. Now we found out he is not. We paid Jody $1450 to remove a bat infestation at **** **** ******* ** in Mount Pleasant S.C. Our contract had a 2 year warranty. Jody did the job and was paid in full. 3-4 months later, we still have bats entering the house in at least one area. I called Jody by phone and he said he would resolve it that day. He never did. Over a 2 month period, I have called (and left voicemails), emailed and texted at least 30 times, with no response. I even sent a video via text and email, showing the bats exiting the exact spot on the house. These bats are a health hazard and need to be expelled from the house. Please help.
    The home in Mount Pleasant belongs to our daughter, Colleen Holewa, but Jody was hired by my wife and myself.

    The owner has refused to respond to multiple calls, texts, and email about scheduling the remaining part of the job. There is no response to any requests for information or even saying I am overloaded and will get to you in a month. Silence is what I get. The owner and his employee closed gaps in roof and soffit and installed bat tunnels to let the bats escape and then he went silent around 9/1/2022. He did the same thing to some neighbors who I recommended him as in the initial stages I thought the owner and his firm were great. Now I feel scammed. I have been trying to contact about every week or so since September 2022. Attached is his quote and some correspondence. The bat tunnels and bat guano are left untouched leaving me with no choice to seek more reputable firms to finish what he started. I would like him to finish what he said he would do and drop this complaint as like Jody but he has put me in a bind. I have asked if I can pay him the $400 balance even though he has not removed the bat tunnels to get him to come or what I need to do and I hear nothing back. I want to work with him and he will not engage.
