    DO NOT RECOMMEND--words cannot express the amount of disappointment and frustration that this company has caused us. The office manager claimed that his guys would initial every box and not waste any room in each box when packing our things. ZERO of our boxes were initialed and tons of boxes had unutilized space. We quickly realized one of our bikes was gone. We pulled footage from our Ring cameras and sent it over to the office manager. All of the movers that moved us denied that they stole the bike. It took over a month of prying and following up to finally get a check mailed to us to reimburse for the missing bike. My grandmother passed away and left us with an Annie Selke wool area rug. This was passed down and was purchased in the 90's for $2,000. Who knows how much it is worth today but it is gone. Our backpack blower, beach wagon, and camping tent were also stolen. All of that being said, after paying thousands of dollars, tipping each mover over $100+ each, providing them food and drinks, and nothing but respect, they stole a bike, an antique/family rug, backpack blower, beach wagon, and camping tent. God only knows what else they stole when they decided to sift through our stuff and go on a shopping spree for free while our things were stored with them for a couple of days between houses. We contacted the office manager and even went all the way up to the Vice President of Miracle Movers. To this day, we have called/texted/left voicemails and they have point blank ignored our complaints and did not do a single thing about any of this nonsense. I absolutely do not recommend this company, will continue to spread our experience all around, in hopes that they lose business all because they didn't take accountability, responsibility, or do a thing to reimburse/apologize/handle our move at all. Nothing like being robbed, ignored by the VICE PRESIDENT of MIRACLE MOVERS, and absolutely nothing done about it.
