    I purchased a 26'-30' adjustable EZ Loader boat trailer from this distributor, ********** (DBA ABC Motors of the Low Country). The attention to my needs and support provided leading up to the sale was great. They worked with me to deliver the trailer while I was on my way to pick up my boat. It was after the sale that this distributor provided very poor support.While towing the boat on the 250 mile trip to my home, the hydraulic surge brakes appeared to be inoperative. I called the distributor from the road and informed him of the issue. Over the next 5 weeks, I made multiple calls and sent multiple e-mails, but received poor support and no tangible direction towards addressing my issue. When I followed the instructions that were included in the information packet provided to me and informed the distributor I may have to file a notice with the ****** the distributor's email response was "...Do not threaten in any way towards me personally" and further stated I needed to "...take some responsibility for what is your obligation in this matter". In other words, you are on your own.In the end, I had to contact the manufacturer directly and they promptly addressed my issue. As it turned out, a loose fitting on one of the brake lines allowed the fluid to leak out, prevent proper operation.If you live in the *****************/*******/South Carolina coastal area and are in the market for a trailer, please consider my experience as you make your choice on a distributor.
