    I want this business to apologize to me for not paying me all of my money back from when I decided not to lay away some shoes from them anymore. Also I didn't like how one of your employees responded to the situation when I asked her why I only had gotten back $5 out of the $20 I put down for the shoes and she responded and said "the $15 belongs to ** so we can put the product back in storage" so I asked why did they had to keep 15 out of my 20 and only give me back 5 and she says "Because I want to " which was highly disrespectful to me. I honestly feel some type of way because I have been referring people to shop at roses and I have been shopping there since my oldest grandchild was an arm baby. I don't really know the employees name but I do know that she is a Caucasian middle age women that usually wears braids in her hair .
