Starting in June 2024, my freezer on a subzero refrigerator started having issues. I reached out to the business to see if theyd be able to fix it. The business owner/technician, ********, assured me hed be able to fix the issue and that my subzero unit was in fantastic condition. He charged me $1,900.00 for the job including a 3 year warranty. Initially, the technician seemed to have pumped in additional refrigerant into the freezer to resolve the issue- this did not fix it. To date, 8/16/24, the issue has still not been resolved and ******** has been called to the residence 6 times to address the same issue. Parts were replaced by him, however, the issue was never resolved. Ive had to throw away a full freezer worth of food twice (total value approximately $300) because of the freezer failing to function after being repaired by the technician. ******** accused me of having someone else try and repair the freezer, which is false, and could not determine why the freezer was still having issues. I requested my money back as the freezer has still not been repaired. ******** refused to refund me because he replaced some parts in the freezer and said he would need to take those parts back if I wanted a refund. Each time ******** scheduled to come over, he never came on time on the day I was told to expect him. Ive wasted time and money on this business and want a full refund as the repair service I paid for (a fixed freezer) has not been fulfilled. The technician advised me to get a new refrigerator and said my current unit is now beyond repair, unless I want to spend additional money for further diagnostics/repairs. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the business and services received and am seeking a solution.

Yeah, read are contract please. We did complete the the job. Then  Homeserve: that was suppose to pay a remaining balance did not respect there customers value $1000.
We did arrive, and already have completed several part replacements, with still not a payment of the rest of balance. The contract says Excluded: Physical Damage. While testing pressure before any other reason there was absolutely no pressure, regarding the gauges , which indicates that someone has attempted to destroy Mr.***** ************* Under my understanding sometimes one customers apply for warranty companies they are told that they will be getting a new appliance.
We also have reached out to *********** several times and no response. We also believe that possible *********** relative have also could have a connection with another espianoge company organization that we are investigating.

I filed a claim through my home warranty company for my dishwasher. The dishwasher door leaks at the beginning of the cycle. The warranty company paired me with ApplianceFixit.com for the repair. A Technician came out to my house to fix the dishwasher door leak. After the repair, the dishwasher continued to leak. The same Technician came out again to address the leaking door. He screwed dishwasher into my cabinet to prevent tilting with the hopes of addressing the leaking. He screwed the dishwasher in so high that now the top of my dishwasher door rubs against the countertop anchor and has become damaged. I called the technician to inform him of this new problem he created with his repair- he left my house less than an hour prior to this phone call. He told me there was nothing he could do about the door rubbing and becoming damaged. He then hung up on me and would not answer my phone calls after that. I would like the company to fix this issue- the issue I paid them to fix (leaking door) and the issue they created with a faulty repair (door rubs and is now damaged).

We feel that the customer would be better to replace dishwasher or contact warranty company for further service due to wear & tear regarding appliance.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the appliance repair tech that came to my house to fix the dishwasher caused damage to my dishwasher.  This damage was a direct result of their repair attempt.  This does not represent "wear and tear".  We would appreciate the company fixing the damage that they caused to the dishwasher door. The part needed to replace the damaged portion of the door is available for ordering.  Ordering and replacing the damaged part would resolve this issue as it would replace the damaged area that was caused by the repair tech's repair attempt.

    Regards,
