Park Seed did not provide a detailed invoice of my mort recent purchase which arrived damaged, and in addition on their website, my order number does not have that information either.

1 starMy order was delayed due to a credit card change. I called, clarified and was assured of delivery. No delivery. I called again to check why and they acknowledged we fixed the problem. Then they cancelled the order. I said great Ill order elsewhere. They said thanks. No attempt to save a customer or fix the problem. Unbelievable.Review fromMaria V

They sent me the wrong product, I called and all they said was they didn’t have what I ordered and would give me a credit. Now I’m out almost 50.00 all I want is my money back and not a credit.
