    Amazing selection of all forms of alcohol, especially amazing single barrel store picks Excellent staff who listen, make great recommendations and give guidance. However apparently someone is impersonating them online selling what at first glance appear to be legitimate store gift certificates complete with what look very much like store logo & included one staff member's name. I presented this to the store, cashiers said not valid but couldn't answer my concerns adequately. I waited for buyer/manager/chief ********* (not sure of title) he looked at the information I had, confirmed not valid. Stating essentially sorry there are people impersonating us online; we sell ** only in store. Obviously I was frustrated and disappointed but do not feel I handled the conversation inappropriately or rudely. He how ever was rather nonchalant, essentially I translated as sorry you got screwed. What's concerning is no apparent effort on store's part to report this to protect their name and prevent other customers from being victim. I'm member of FB Southern Spirits group. I posted a PSA to inform others of the ** purchase only at store so they wouldn't fall victim as I have never heard nor seen anything mentioning this. The post was polite, to the point , not least bit derogatory of the store. Within minutes post was deleted and I was removed from group for trying to warn others. Something you'd think the store would do. I may have inadvertently broken a group posting rule. I emailed the store to inquire why they took such action. No response. The excellent customer service fell short here. Pity because I love the ************* experience but not sure I'm returning. I'm not of means to buy the triple digit bottles so perhaps it doesn't matter to lose me as a customer but disappointing they apparently don't care about protecting customers from fraud or protecting their store image and reputation.
