    Candid Home Inspections owner Grant personally took charge of our inspection and immaculately detailed every issue both big and small with our house purchase. He also conducted water and radon inspections, giving us key information on mitigations we might need to make. His online report system is easy to use and payment could be made online or at closing. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and precisely detailed. Grant is at the top of his profession in the SC Upstate!

    Grant B******** from Candid Home Inspections was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough in our home inspection. He checked every single faucet, all cabinets, lights, windows, HVAC, roof, and much more! He even mentioned the muddy footprints on the carpet so we would be able to request the carpets be cleaned before moving in. He took his shoes off at the door before the inspection and was very thoughtful and respectful throughout the whole process!
